Royal Damask is ACALA’s chef’s special, showing that kombucha can be as complex and as rich as a mature wine.
Our organic Damask Rose water comes from a small family farm in Bulgaria, around 2 kilometers high in the mountains, where roses get lots of sun and heat during the day; but stand in extreme colds at night. This mixture of weather produces a fresh aroma that’s unlike any other — clean, peaceful, and memorable.
Draws qualities from the Bulgarian Damask Rose water, boasts notes of coffee, dark chocolate, nuts, prunes, and cherries.
Royal Damask’s structure is well-defined, and its taste — long-lasting.
Serve chilled in a white wine glass.
