Ingredients:
30 ml mango puree
10 ml lime juice
100 ml “Wind Shadow” kombucha
Build mango puree and lime juice in champagne glass. Stir to combine, top with “Wind Shadow” kombucha.
Ingredients:
• 3-4 mint leaves
• A couple of lime slices
• A teaspoon of brown sugar
• Few drops of bitter
• 3-4 ice cubes
• 100 ml “Amber Garden” kombucha
Build and rub together couple of lemon slices, mint leaves, bitter and sugar. Stir to combine, put some ice and top with well-cooled kombucha. Mix everything well. Garnish with mint.

20 ml bergamot syrup
20 ml lime juice
50 ml cranberry juice
Ice cubes
50 ml “Purple Moon” kombucha
Build bergamot syrup, cranberry juice and lemon juice in a stemless wine glass. Stir to combine, top with ice and “Purple Moon” kombucha. Garnish with lime and rosemarin.

20 ml grapefruit puree
50 ml grapefruit juice
10 ml lime juice
3-4 ice cubes
A few drops of Bitter
100 ml “Royal Damask” kombucha
Build grapefruit puree, juice and bitter in a stemless wine glass. Stir to combine, top with ice and “Royal Damask” kombucha. Garnish with rosemarin and a slice of grapefruit.
